Bola Tinubu, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been declared the winner of the 2023 presidential election.
The APC standard bearer was surrounded by APC governors and members when he was declared the winner by Mahmood Yakubu, chairperson of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
